About Angie Finton Designs
I'm happy you've landed here.
Growing up in a small Missouri town, with four brothers and hardworking parents, a strong work ethic was instilled in me at a very young age. It's something I bring to every project I get the privilege to be a part of.
From playing with Lincoln Logs, to carrying around a sketchbook to draw constantly, I took my love of art and creativity with me everywhere. A member of Art Club while attending Blair Oaks High School, I've always had a passion for my community and for helping others.
In 2004, I graduated Cum Laude with a BFA in interior design with an associates degree in business administration from the University of Central Missouri. I then went to work in the commercial field for a prestigious architect firm. My responsibilities included: providing CAD millwork drawings, as well as sourcing products for hotels and restaurants. I decided to move closer to home; and ultimately found my true passion in residential interiors.
I have a background in several residential sales positions; wholesale plumbing, designing and managing a showroom, and learning extensively about products from experts like custom drapery, furnishings, and tiles.
Often called a perfectionist– in this field, I like to think of myself as detail-oriented. I've learned how to efficiently manage renovation projects big or small, from start to finish; sourcing products, ordering, invoicing, communicating with vendors, and purchasing, so our client's have a stress-free renovation.
As a company, we're experienced in the design process from space planning to project management and work with expert trades people to provide the utmost care and attention to your project.
